Bradley Wayne Colliflower is one of the proud owners of Wayne Premier Construction and a driving force behind our company’s values of honesty, hard work, and community. A U.S. Army Veteran who served for six years, Brad later earned his bachelor’s degree in Education before finding his true calling in roofing and exterior remodeling. After years of working in the industry, he decided to start his own company — one built on trust, education, and genuine care for homeowners.
Brad takes a very hands-on approach to his work. He’s hands-on in the field every day, working alongside the team to make sure every project meets his high standards. He also loves meeting customers in person, taking the time to get to know them, answer questions, and make sure they feel confident in their decisions.
For Brad, a home is much more than a project — it’s a place where families grow and memories are made. That’s why he’s so passionate about helping homeowners understand their homes, not just selling a service. His goal is simple: to make sure every homeowner feels heard, informed, and safe when choosing Wayne Premier Construction.

Janet Colliflower is the co-owner and founder of Wayne Premier Construction, which she proudly runs alongside her husband, Brad. Janet worked with a home remodeling company for a few years and noticed the industry is focused more on sales than on service, treating customers like numbers instead of people. She wanted to change that. Her goal was to create a company built on honesty, transparency, and genuine care.
After losing her father in 2020, Janet spent several years living with her mom and experienced firsthand how stressful home maintenance can be when you don’t know who to trust. That experience shaped her mission to build a company homeowners can truly rely on — one that leads with compassion and integrity.
Janet believes every homeowner deserves to feel comfortable, educated, and confident throughout their home improvement journey. For her, Wayne Premier Construction isn’t just a business — it’s a way to bring trust, care, and a sense of community back to the industry, one home at a time.
